UTCFS is comprised of three primary business units:
1) Global Fire Products,, including detection & alarm systems, suppression, firefighting equipment, specialty detection and residential and commercial fire safety products and solutions.
2) Global Security Products,including access control, intrusion, video, key and lock products/solutions.
3) Fire & Security Services,providing design, integration, installation, service and monitoring of fire and security systems, as well as other related services. The services business is managed through five regions – Asia; U.K., Ireland and South Africa; Australasia; Americas; and Continental Europe.

UTCFS provides products and services through its broad portfolio of brands, which includes Chubb, Kidde, Lenel, Angus, Autronica, Chemetron, Det-Tronics, Onity, Fenwal, Marioff, Red Hawk, Sicli, as well as the newly acquired brands of Edwards, Casi Rusco, Aritech, Kilson, ITI, Sentrol, Supra, and Ziton, among many others.

PRESTIGIOUS INSTALLATIONS
Some of the world’s most discriminating customers rely on UTCFS’ products and services to protect their assets, including the Eiffel Tower, the historic Waldorf Astoria hotel, the Statue of Liberty and the Shanghai Metro Line. Since 2002, all major cruise ships built have been equipped with Marioff’s HI-FOG water mist fire protection system.
